For more than three years, Candice has been the heartbeat of KilGO Insurance, overseeing everything from policy renewals and client follow-ups to hiring, training, and optimizing our office operations. Though she started as an agent, Candice quickly became the go-to leader for keeping clients and our team on track. Today, we prefer to call her Operations Director & Office Manager; she wears both hats with ease.

When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, you’ll find Candice spending time with her son, serving at church, or organizing her next outreach mission. She’s a dedicated leader in her faith community, assisting with youth programs, leading crafts, serving on the Vacation Bible School committee, and actively participating in global missions. She also leads a team each year in the Out of the Darkness Walk to raise awareness and support for suicide prevention through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
