We have been with Kilgo for >5 years. We have not been on top of reassessing our coverage annually or even at all. We realized it was time and reached out. Chris listened carefully,, asked great questions and listened some more. He then had some suggestions for adjustments in coverage based on our circumstances. We were able to bundle our homeowners and auto and save some money. That is practically a miracle in this day and age. Chris also educated us on aspects of utilization that affected our rates. We feel like we are in good hands and didn’t feel the need to call all over town to shop around to know that we are getting a good value. Thanks to Chris and Kilgo.

My family has used the Kilgo team many times before, but most recently I worked with Chris. It was such an incredible experience fully credited to his knowledge, promptness, and customer service. Every interaction was extremely polite and honest. It was very apparent that he was making the process as straightforward and seamless as possible for me and my grandmother. While he is knowledgeable regarding laws and rules of the insurance world he remained an agent “for the customer”! He even found a policy that cost under HALF of the original estimated quote!! Unreal! At the close of our interaction I told him I’d be calling him in the next few months with another project …… and I certainly will recommend everyone to do the same!!
