Hector joined KilGO Insurance nearly two years ago to help with inbound service calls and requests, and quickly became an essential part of our daily workflow. As our Account Support Specialist, he assists the team by preparing documents, managing certificates of insurance (COIs), pulling reports, and keeping renewal appointments on schedule.
He works closely with our Operations Director, especially when last-minute needs pop up. He’s also bilingual in Spanish, which allows him to provide seamless communication and support for our Spanish-speaking clients.
What He Does Best:
- Provides internal support for COIs, service requests, and reporting
- Supports the service department and answering calls
- Collaborates with Candice and the team to keep operations running smoothly

When not in the office, Hector is a proud dad to his energetic 4-year-old son. He’s passionate about mountain biking, calisthenics, and scoping out the best routes for weekend rides. He’s also a die-hard football fan, split between the Seattle Seahawks and Baltimore Ravens (yes, he owns it.) Hector brings a quiet strength and genuine care to every interaction, on the phone, through the inbox, and especially for clients who feel most at home speaking Spanish.
